LMAO at people who said that Tony Parker's absence wouldn't make a big difference. Maybe the Spurs would've lost the game anyway with TP playing, but the Spurs woud've played better. You guys watch the games. Parker is "instant offense", plays defense, penetrates, and finds the open man! Any time one of your key players is out it's going to be difficult. I don't care what team it is! IMHO George Hill played like a rookie tonight. He got himself into a jam quite a few times. I know it's only one game,(the Spurs might go on another winning streak) but you don't want the Spurs to limp into the playoffs. Remember Parker will be out a month and probably more. It would be ashame if the Spurs lose ground or even HCA!
i wouldn't be too hard on george. he's only been asked to spell tony a few minutes all season long. he hasn't been asked to be tony... not until tonight.
