I'll refresh ya, During the drug deal toward the beginning "Sean Finn" Roger Moore takes revenge on the local drug dealer for using Moore as a drug courier. Moore thought he was delivering money. Turns out the Herion was laced with Stricnine/hadn't been stepped on correctly and a young girl died in Moore's presence.

He makes the young drug pin eat the remaining amount of Heroin (big pile of it). When the drug pin's bodyguard tries to intervene Moore shoots him between the eyes.
