I will say this ... the hype on OKC pre-season and even after the perk trade is ridiculous. Dont get me wrong taking perk (and adding Nazr) from the celts was brillant and the Lakers, Heat and Bulls are grateful ...but crowning them as 2nd best in the West is fool-hardy. sure they will be a "tough-out" but to expect a team this young without HCA to beat the Spurs is asking a lot ... Blazers maybe tough for them to beat too if they get the 5th seed.
Durant, 35% career shooter in the playoffs..
Lebron in the playoffs: 46%
Kobe: 45%
Wade: 48%
Matt Bonner: 36%
Shannon Brown: 41%
JJ Barea: 44%
Durant: 35%
..
Be fair now, he has played one series and was hounded by Artest ...
Who on SA or DAL can lock him down? I do think the Blazers can throw Batum, and Wallace on him though ...
lol context
lol 1 whole playoff series to base your stats
lol turnaround with durant as leader of franchise
lol lebron teaming with 2 superstars and an amazing lineup on paper and still not going anywhere
lol you starting from square one
lol wasted schtick
+1. People greatly overrate them. Westbrook is the key to them being successful or not. Sometimes the guy can be pretty damn solid, and then at other times he'll totally dissapear. And other than Westbrook, Durant, and maybe Harden, who is going to score for that team?
Lebron will never win Finals MVP. Book it. Wade will be the guy making the big shots. Wade is to Lebron what Pierce is to Garnett.
Its better for the Thunder if Westbrook does disappear somewhat. He takes way too many shots. Durant and Harden should be taking the majority of the shots.
