5 reasons they will not (have not looked at other posts)

1. Their point differential even with Dirk out 8 games or so sucks at around 4. Teams with a four point differential historically flame out in the playoffs the 67 win Mavs a fairly recent example.

I don't want to disrespect Mavericks, as they have some quality people on here, but it seems as if they have choked historically in the playoffs.

Miami is a little unfair because of the officiating, but it is what it is - They were up 2-0. If you are good enough as a team, you can overcome bad officiating. Golden State is what it is. Also, last year they really didn't fare that well...
