When the media and promotion people have more tickets than the fans do...that's kinda sucky
Yeah, no dice. I had four connections up online thanks to some begrudgingly generous Dallas maverick fan co-workers trying to help a buddy out.
Two of us were going for game 1, two for game 2, not a thing (granted I was going for the cheap seatsbut still).
I guess I used up all my online ticket karma in '03.

$94 for upper deck!!! Wow, it is definitely Finals time.
The Spurs will shove any fan to the side for whatever they see fit.
Everyone is a top priority, but the fan.
On the bright side...
If the Spurs win in 5, we'll all be here in San Antonio watching together.
If it goes to 6 or 7, everyone has a chance again to get tickets.
I think next year I'm going to spring for the 10 game "season ticket" package, then I'll be guaranteed tickets.
Then if I can't make the games I can hook up Spurstalk peeps at the cost of the ticket if they want them.
Hey SC, they sell that Argentinian beer @ the SBC?
On the news last night, they said that only about 1200 tickets for each game were available.
There are some tickets available on ticket exchange on spurs.com for both games. But they are jacked up prices.
Don't I wish!!!!![]()

Suggestion... call now! I bought a season ticket package yesterday and the guy said they are going fast. He found me some great seats though - his direct line is 444-5722 and his name is Julian
I didn't even bother with it, i knew they'd sell out the 4 tickets available in a millisecond.
I'm not lucky, I just didn't like the odds..i figure i have a better shot of banging Monica Bellucci with a winning Texas Lotto ticket in my pocket at 12pm today than finding any Spurs finals tickets.
1 minute all 4 seats available were gone huh? at least I seen maybe 2 or 3 went to peeps from SpursTalk here
....now thats karma

re-FREAKING-diculous!!![]()
I can't believe that crap! Clock hits 12 and they are already sold out!
I got that crap too Sequ, I guess I was trying to type too fast![]()
So what happens to the people standing in line? by the time they figure out who's got what number and start letting them in, they are already all gone. lol this sucks.
Corporate america is ruining this country!
http://www.stubbhub.com/ has some tickets available for both games - they are at least $180 for upperdeck though.

I WAAAAANNNNTT TICKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All year long the fans carry them, then when it's money time they hand over mass tickets to the corporations.
I kept trying to get two tickets any price, best available nothing. Thought going for 1 ticket would help but no dice. I've always had the worst luck
All I wanted was to go to a Finals game![]()

You guys who got them are REALLY lucky, congrats. Hope you have fun there.
The Spurs sold out.
Couldn't have been many with all the season ticketholders having bought their allotment before the playoffs even started. Then you have the NBA brass that gets some, players allocations, and maybe even other NBA teams
get a few like the NFL does.
At any rate, I had my son in Las Vegas try through the local ticketmaster (thinking the line wouldn't be jammed like in SA) with no luck.
However, some ticket brokers out there have seats for sale for the first two games at $2,600 a ticket. You always wonder how they get those, but I guess season ticket holders sell them to make a little money.
And many of us individually longtime rabid fans were squeezed out by these corporate 'fans' who pay for their tickets with tax-decuctible money and don't really have the enthusiasm. Oh well, life sucks and we could be from Seattle.
its that way for the Final 4, the superbowl, BCS college football le game, the world series, etc...
it sucks...but it happens in all sports
They hold tickets for the other team, too. Those are the ones that Kori was talking about that get released on game day. I got to Game 1 in 2003 that way.
There's a lot of tickets on ebay. But I'm not sure if people should trust all those sellers.
