Yeah... I'm not sure how she defines "bullying", but as someone who was bullied in school I can say that the kids who are picked on try to draw less attention to themselves, not more - just the opposite of what she's actually doing.

They have to go to that pseudo prison every day and do whatever they can to not be the school punching bag, or the story of the day. In all of that they expect these kids to actually learn something. Private schools are the way to go. 6000 kids in one school is just a ing prison, gangs, the whole nine yards... Konstantine wire, metal detectors, dogs, cops... That's why smaller school districts are generally expensive to live in, especially those with decent programs.
