Not even close, Spurs at least can pull the injury card at the end somewhat, and were never the prohibitive favorites and/or considered by all concerned a great team. Plus the real chokes happen in the playoffs, Spurs have had some of those but nothing on the regular and remarkably sustained "subexcellence". When Chris Webber of all people calls out your team as the soft Mavs" it is time to hide in shame Mavs fans. Spurs fans meanwhile now drool over pummelling perhaps the Mavs with a strategic free fall to the 2nd seed instead of facing the Thunder? Now that is at least a plausibliity and expect the Mavs to fold again just like last year whether it the Spurs or LAL who get the honor in the 2nd round.
