The first one I remember is The Empire Strikes Back. My cousin, who's 3 years older than me, was a huge fan and collected all the figurines. His mom took us.

This is the earliest movie that I can recall. Could have been one earlier.
Awesome movie. I didn't see it until our 7th grade history teacher showed it in class. What an all star cast, too.
The one I remember first (I think) is
There were probably a few before this, but it's the first one I remember seeing at the drive in

That's tame compared to when I went to see 30 Days of Night and this re ed black had her 4 kids all under 9 there. The first time a vampire eats someone's face you hear one kid scream and another one say "mommy what is that?" loudly. I wanted to punch her into next week.
The first one I remember is my older cousins took me to see Big Trouble in Little China. Greatness.
My first movie in a theater was one of the animated Disney movies but I can't remember which one. The first movie I remember in a theater was the original Star Wars. Saw it at the Aztec Theater in SA. I think I only saw two or three movies in theaters until I was past the age of 10.
First non-cartoon I remember was The Princess Bride.
Ive seen that movie dozens of times. My wife loves it and she wore out the VHS so we now have it on DVD. Haven't watched in a long time. It's one of the few movies I've ever been able to watch more than once.
The first Batman (1989) movie
It's a classic.
My parents took me to see Oliver & Company, but the theatre was dark and scary and I freaked out so we didn't even see it. So, Dutch (with Ed O'Neill) was actually the first movie I sat down in a theatre to watch.
I'm pretty sure it was Twister.
Saw it at San Pedro drive in theater. Porn was on the screen behind us. I got in trouble for turning around.
my little pony
no
The first one I remember was Batman Forever, although I'm sure I had gone to more movies before that.
I wanna say it was The Last Starfighter, can't really remember though.
Mother took me to see 7 Brides for 7 Brothers…They did not have Cher concerts back then…

I think mine might have been Jurassic Park (1993). I was fascinated with dinosaurs my parents say. Although, I do have to say though, I think the first ever theatrical movie I actually sat down and watched (thoroughly understanding the main point) was Twister (1996). (sorry Greg Oden)
