Gah, all these conflicting opinions! Can someone just fill in this blank for me: "If Antonio McDyess shanks Zach Randolph under the hoop it was be a ________ foul."
Yeah I looked at last season's data, and I came to the same conclusion as Jim.

That winning % is probably the average for home teams, yes?
All I know is, our fans are always cursing him and he does not seem to give a .

That would be a Flagrant 2.
Dan Carwford rather not
Salvatore I don't know.
The thing is the refs are having meeting and speaking how they want to call game in general.
So you know ...
It probably is pretty close (about 65%).
And I can certainly think of bigger homers than Salvatore.
Dan Crawford isn't the one we need to worry about, Joey Crawford is.
Joey will ref Game 7 if there is one, book it.![]()
!
Salvatore is a sucker...
The only thing that might be a plus is if the combined reffing crew decides to call it very-very close on BOTH teams....since the grizz thrive on HACKING...
It would be a plus....
But hoping for fair reffing in an NBA playoff game is like pissing in the wind.
I don't. I think both refs are atrocious and would be especially happy if both died in car accidents on the way to the game.
Jason Phillips was born in Weatherford & lives in Brock, TX
Educated at Cisco HS, Cisco, TX & Tarleton State U., Bus. Admin, '93
IIRC he was promoted from the WNBA
Does Phillips avoid accusations of state bias by going out of his way to screw over Texas' NBA teams?
I have a good feeling about this crew.
From what I can recently recall, Salvatore has been pretty good and fair to the spurs. Crawford has always been excellent in both his reffing ability and his impartiality.
Dunno bout Phillips but he's a Texan, so that could be an advantage.
That's an excellent point, friend.
Thank goodness they got the right Crawford...
Outside of Joey and Zach Garba, Salvatore is the ref i'd least like to see in a playoff game.
But WGAF, just win the damn thing.
Spurs should have taken care of things earlier (ie: playing Manu in game 1) to be crying now about the officiating...
I agree, pop for underestimating the grizz. Now spurs are on the brink of getting "rest" all summer.
I hate Salvitore! Spurs better play so damn good that these refs won't matter so much.
Go Spurs!
I still wannaat the thought of Bennett doing this game.
Bennett ' ing' Salvatore.
Gonna be a game of ty officiating with him in the house.
Seeing Bavetta woulda probably been worse as then we would know there would be 10,000 free throws shot. With the way we have shot them, that would really us.
Just want to remind people that Phillips is the guy that tossed Pop the last time the Spurs faced Memphis in the regular season. It was his no call when Manu got kneed in the thigh by Marc Gasol, that irked Pop.
That guy blew like he liked Bear .
He's probably a Mavs fan.
I thought Javie was the one who liked to screw the home fans.
Um, I just saw Danny Crawford on ESPN.
N/M I'm an idiot, didn't realize both Bennette and Crawford were doing this game.
