the Heat are my second team (the missus is from West Palm Beach) so them.
after that, Grizzlies, Bulls, then I suppose Hawks.
then Mavs, then OKC.
please not Boston or LA ffs.
Anyone but the Lakers...
That will ease the sting a little.

Usually after the Spurs go down, I look forward to the draft.
This year, I can't even get excited about that.![]()
In the East, I definitely want to see the Bulls and the Heat match up in the Conference Finals. I like the way the Bulls play and Rose is amazing, but part of me wants to see the Heat shut people up.
In the West, I know it is not popular here, but I like Dirk, so I would like to see the Mavs have another go at it. The other series is harder. I really like OKC and have been rooting for their success, but I love an underdog in Memphis, especially one that plays tough.
i'm done following the playoffs. but if i had to pick a team, i would say the thunder from the west and the bulls from the east.
well, i've got this chicago jersey i bought last summer. didn't have a clue they would be contenders tbh, but i knew they would at least be decent to land a 6th seed.
as for the west, its either time for the mavs to exorcise their demons, or the thunder to take the league by force. 2010-2019 will be interesting.
Anyone but Boston and L.A. They don't need another ing ring.
Anyone playing the Lakers. Go Dallas! Come on Dirk!
I'd go for the grizz but not expecting them to win it all, just because they beat us and there's nothing more we could do about that
I've always have a soft spot for the Thunder-just like the personality of the team, the talent, the way they were built-I don't know if they get there this year but barring any major injuries, add pieces, they may be the new power in the west by next season-they sort of remind me of the Spurs when they were contenders!![]()

In that order...
OKC or Memphis.... As a matter of fact, any upset would be nice (aka = no lakers, celtics, or heat)
Anyone but the Heat or Mavs.
Go Thunder!
me too.. want to see a Texas product win it at least.
Any team BUT the Lakers, Celtics, or Heat. My preference is Memphis.
ANYONE but the Lakers. But in the West, I'm pulling for the Thunder. In the East, Boston or Miami....
I would like to see Miami win because there would be a meltdown on so many basketball boards and also the media would be ting bricks in there pants.
Thunder in the west, Bulls in the east. I'd be OK with Memphis doing well in the west too. Would make me feel better about things if they gave the Thunder as difficult a series as they did for the Spurs.
I'm just going to be rooting for the underdogs in all the series now
However Durant or Rose earning a ring before LeBron would be an interesting story in their legacies.
Watching Dirk versus Kobe is going to be fun as well. I guess I'll root for Texas![]()
I want to see my two other teams play in the Finals, the Thunder vs the Bulls (believe it or not, they were my other teams before the bandwagon took off)
I don't care who wins, I just want to enjoy some championship basketball without the Lakers, Celtics and LeBron
I want Memphis to win it all. The only thing that will make me feel a little bit better is to see the team that took the Spurs out, win a le.
They are a gutsy, hard-nosed, defensive-minded, small market team and I have no problem cheering them on. Those guys all played their hearts out. I give them all the credit in the world.
I'm in Florida, and everyone here is jumping on the Heat bandwagon, so I'll be backing the Heat for now. They're getting Haslem back, too, so they're gonna be even better going forward.
That said, as long as the Lakers don't 3-peat, I'll be happy.
