I applaud Kobe and the other Laker players who apologized for what Bynum did.
Now to Bynum, I really hate players who take these cheap shots on a lot smaller players especially to my Puerto Rican brother JJ Barea. If you can't handle adversity like that, then ask to be taken out. This is a very cheap shot, I think he should be suspended at least 10 games.
Why you ask?
1. Its in the 4th quarter
2. The Lakers are down by 30 at the time
3. Odom just got a ejected less than a minute earlier out of frustration(he should not of been ejected but just get a flagrant1)
4. Bynum has done similar flagrant fouls
5. He did not go for the ball at all and hit someone while in the air, imagine if he was to the right 3-6 inches. He might of knocked him out unconscious.
I want the refs to allow more physical defense and call it the same for every player, no superstar treatment or rookie treatment. But not cheap shots like this.

Dirk and Kidd went into Bynums face. Thank god no one did something stupid.
If you watch the replay you can see the whole entire mavs bench yelling and screaming at Bynum. you can see Chandler being held back by Cardinal. Dirk also came up to him and said some stuff before Artest escorted him out. They couldn't fight with him due to risk of suspension. It was actually the smart move unlike what Phoenix did a few years ago when Horry threw Nash. Imagine if the Suns had that composure how things could have been different in '07.
