Its not about knowing what all this is, it is about growing up with it. I know what they Dobie Gillis show is, who Maynard G Krebs is, and I could sing you the theme song to the Patty Duke show. Doesn't mean I have any kind of nostalgia for it.

However...my '04 Jetta has a tape player in it. And I use it on a daily basis...only as an ipod adapter. I take the adapter out ever once in a while and twist it because it makes noises...I need to try this old school pencil trick!
