If its like Heavy Rain then I'll probably never play it. I tried hard, but never could get into Heavy Rain. It just felt like a gimmick way of watching a movie.
But dude, that detective's face moves like the actor's face! And it's just as squirrely looking.

If you didn't like HR I can't imagine you'd like this.
You know how all of the Baldwin brothers look alike? Well imagine there were a bunch of Baldwin sisters, if you don't like the prettiest one, you sure as won't like the ugliest one.
And GOD DAMN the main character is annoying!
Heavy Rain was pretty good, honestly. Much better than this one.
It was ok. I had more fun with this one that GTA IV, which IMO was abysmally bad. That said, it's nowhere near as good as RDR.
I didn't think he was annoying, the game in general is though. I mean after the twentieth time that a guy runs from you, or that you walk into a room and your partner tells you to search the place, it just gets incredibly old.
Just finished it. I liked it, not sure it has any replay value though (except for new cases you get from DLC). The gameplay was a nice change of pace from other games, but it did get old having to chase every suspect and search every room.
The storyline was actually one of the stronger points IMO. Which was surprising because I didn't expect one case to really have anything to do with the next. It doesn't really start to tie together nicely until the Vice and Arson cases. Having you switch characters toward the end of the game was an interesting choice. I actually started to miss Phelps. Maybe having you alternate characters throughout most of the game would've made it less jarring. I don't know.
Fun game though.
