Mexico had an agreement with Hitler to allow him to station troops in Mexico for an invasion of America that America found out about. Mexico was just as bad with the Nazis as Argentina was.

I read it. Sounds like the new legistlature has caused some labour shortages, there was bound to be a transition period. Do you need university education to be a labourer? What about a high school diploma? Speak english? In each case, no. Maybe increase wages, or open borders for immigrants in other countries. I'm sure they would love to settle in the US.
