Is Poltergeist still the best haunting movie ever?

I have to mention a couple of early 80s flicks that were scary as :

The Changeling and Ghost Story.

Poltergeist is right up there though. The effects were great.

Last movie to freak me out was Quarantine other then that I can't remember.

REC was way better.
