Legit poster, imo. If he was a troll, he wouldn't have logged off immediately after Philly lost and come back on much later...he would have reveled in people going off on him.

I am still in shock. How the could they just give their season away like that? The Phillies were their own worst enemy. They just expected the Cards to lie down. In order to dominate a team, it takes full effort. Now it is going to leave a ton of "What if" scenarios. The Cards were not the better team, and they only get props for being opportunistic by taking the series Philly gift wrapped for them.

FINALLY the Tigers show up. A 2-2 series with Verlander pitching tomorrow? Yeah, this series is well in Detroit's favor. Rangers starting pitching is nothing special.

This is some ing bull ! Rangers scoring 4 runs off Valverde? The series isn't over yet. Verlander is due for a strong game tomorrow, and CJ Wilson can't and won't match him. I still like the Tigers in this series.

Moot point. Verlander is pitching tomorrow and is due for a strong game. Unless CJ Wilson plays way way way over his head, Rangers don't have a chance in tomorrow. Then this series goes back to Texas but the Tigers will have momentum and win in 7. I am not sold on the Rangers. Bull doesn't last forever.

The Tigers have to win this series. The Rangers starting pitching isn't all that great. You don't win in the playoffs with average starting pitching all the way around. I don't care how stacked your bullpen is, you need the complete package.
