    Stoops a good coach? ... sure he is "good", but absolutely nothing great and doesn't deserve to be one of the highest paid coaches in college football. what exactly have his teams done since 2000 other than choke it up WHEN IT COUNTS? ... I'll answer that for you ....

    the only legit accomplishments Stoops has is winning a national le in 2000 and beating Texas 8 out of 12 times. that is IT! he and his teams will go down in college football history as one of the biggest, if not the biggest choke artist of all time.

    Dear Forum colleagues,

    As the coach of Texas Tech, I want to say congrats to our team for an outstanding performance. I cant say how proud I am to be the coach of Texas Tech. That being said, we still have a long way to go. Tech's history in the last 15 years has been a wirlwind, full of huge upsets. But at the same time, Tech has also lost games unexpectedly, causing their huge wins to be forgotten. The win in Norman this year should be a starting point for the future. If this team can avoid the glamor win hangover, I think this year could finish in a special way.

    I hope that this is the year that Tech finally gets over the hump and stakes a claim as a team who maintains consistency.
