The cell phone companies call them family plans for marketing reasons; not because there are rules of any sort about the participants having to be part of a "family". As I pointed out earlier, you could easily call them group plans and you could sign up with your friends if you wanted to. Drachen already has. Its smart.
Again, what benefit would it be to start our own plan, when we can stay on their plan, and its cheaper for everyone involved, as opposed to jumping off just to start our own plan with the SAME ING COMPANY, and having to make everyone involved PAY MORE?
