Not Duncan or Dirk?
Would Kobe have made it out of the first round for the rest of his career without Pau? I doubt it.
Tbh, I'm pretty sure Kobe needed Fisher, Pau, Odom... and at least 6 other players. Otherwise they would've had to forfeit.

Everybody; Kobe, Duncan, Dirk, MJ, Magic, Bird, everybody. It's a team game.
To play the game, but not to win it. Kobe had enough teammates to play, just not the right ones to win. He needed Pau in order to get to the next level. Shaq took Wade to the next level, and Pau to Kobe there after Shaq dropped him off.
By that logic, Pippen took MJ to the next level as well.
2002-2003 Tim Duncan begs to differ. you could dress 10 cobblers and Tim Duncan would have carried their crippled asses to le.
Same with Dirk this year!
Please.
Please.
Pau couldn't win a single playoff game till Kobe took him in.
& Dirk took Wade to the next level. Steppin' out the door like he did.
Though Pau couldn't win a single playoff game till Kobe took him in.
Please. He needed Pierce to back up on Artest.

of all the franchises that have won the NBA championships the spurs are the most boring to watch tbh
The 77 Blazers. And it's not even close.
^Watching Walton at prime (though very hammish that season) was anything but boring.
That was like the last "white" team to win it. Was "we" ever happy.
tee, hee.
Robinson was over 60% at 10ppg, becoming a pretty reliable anchor for the team. IIRC, all of the final games were within ~10 points, so Timmy needed that anchor since the 25/14 he was putting up was as good as he could do. Don't kid yourself, he needed people, not just d-league scrubs, but people who could fill in roles he couldn't cover.
Terry averaged 18ppg for the Mavs, so Dirk can't take that claim either.
^Pass, for all his faults is a grand asshole checker in his own right.
Methinks you missed the point of my post.
You're probably right. You & your cryptic meanderings are enough to confuse me.
Denver Nuggets averaged 126.5 in 1981-82 and was a blast.
Any game when Tiny Archibald played and averaged 30 ppg.
Try the non malt. Your reaction won't be as severe.
Bend over. I'll show you some in' severe.
That team was great. So sad on the last leg of the 3peat PJ, Kobe and Shaq spent it on a measuring contest. The 4 peat was loss in the crucible of trying to 3 peat ...it took a toll on all 3.
But I have to say the 1985 or 1987 Lakers. They were BOTH on a mission and would not be denied. 1985 was particularly sweet cuz we rang in Boston. But watching Magic start to take over as leader and to watch Worthy truly blossom and Scott become more integrated to the squad was beautiful. I also think McAdoo got to scratch as well (IIRC) ...Showtime at it's best. Magic was giving PG and fast-break clinics nightly.
Early 2000's Kings. Great offense, amazing ballmovement. Pretty much every player on those teams was a great passer, especially Webber and Divac. That is one of my favorite things in basketball, is good passing big-men.
