The people of this country believe in and desire a country that fosters a culture of life - and the democratically elected goverment has a moral obligation to the citizens to protect life and the ins ution of marriage. It's pretty simple tbqh.
Marriage should be decided by the states. No one has a problem with states dealing with unions, casinos, and guns.
Why should government be involved in marriage at all?
Local or federal or both?
