Mohammed is probably a little too high if you consider his entire body of Spurs work, as he was not awful only in that stretch of the 05 season after Rasho got hurt. He was pretty good in that 05 series with the Suns though, and I remember him having a pretty good series against Seattle too. Too bad he reverted to his pre-Rasho-injury form in the 06 season though.
Nazr was important in '05 against the Pistons.

In the regular season, my order would be:

    Malik Rose (2003)
    Robert Horry (2005)
    Rasho Nesterovic (2004)
    Tiago Splitter (2011)
    Fabricio Oberto (2007)
    DeJuan Blair (2011)
    Kurt Thomas (2009)
    Matt Bonner (2009)
    Nazr Mohammed (2006)
    Francisco Elson (2007)

The two hardest to place, IMO, are Blair and Thomas. Blair could very well be second on the list if he were put in a system that fit him better. In the Spurs system that calls on bigs to protect the rim, he's a pretty bad fit, TBH.

Thomas was a solid player but he wasn't a very good fit next to a non-prime Duncan.

And there's no way Malik Rose isn't first or second. In the regular season he was much better than Horry. Even in the playoffs, it's not that easy to say Rose was better than Horry. In 2002 and 2003, Rose was pretty damn good in the playoffs. Horry's Pistons Game 5 obviously gives him a big boost but Rose had similar huge games (27 and 13 in Game 5 against the Suns in a must-win; 25 and 6 in Game 2 against the Mavs in a must-win; 12 and 11 in the Steve Kerr game; and that dunk in Game 3 of the Finals over Mutombo that jumpstarted the game-winning run).

    4. Nazr Mohammed (2005)
    5. Kurt Thomas (2008)
    6. Rasho Nesterovic (2004)
    7. Tiago Splitter (2011)
    8. DeJuan Blair (2010)
    9. Francisco Elson (2007)

By what they brought to the table at the time they ate. Blair and Rose are midgets though, hard to rank those two amongst real bigs since their skillset are so different.
