No it means that when Detroit has a chance to close out a series, they do it. They don't relax. They don't give 2nd chances. They keep their foot to the throat and apply the death blow. It's an impressive quality for a team to have and it's the reason it's continually brought up by the media.

It's baked. How many Game 7's have the Pistons had compared to the Spurs in the last 3 years?

To me, closing teams up in 6 means more than winning game 7's. But that's just me.

I think the Spurs are gonna have to win tonight. I don't see Detroit having 2 bad nights in a row in San Antonio, and even though they're home games, it would be awefully hard to win game 7. The Spurs have better chances if they just get a win tonight.

There's no way the San Antonio Spurs lose 3 in a row to these suckers!
You have to admire the frankness of this post.

...and the final score is something like Detroit 88 San Antonio 86, do you think the Spurs can take two straight in San Antonio? Why or why not?

I certainly think so. But I also think they'll win tonight. In any case, anything's possible.
    I don't stop believing.

I am a Minnesota Twins fan. I remember vividly the 1987 and 1991 World Series games. We won the first two, lost the next three and then won two at home to win the Series both years.

You have to believe that good prevails over evil, be it the St Louis Cardinals, the Atlanta Braves or the Detroit Pistons.

    You've got to have faith.
