I like it because it creates matchups you never get to see. Remember when Nowitzki started at SG?
Sometimes being snubbed can also boost your play.

Only 4 players average more than 17 ppg and 7.5 apg this season:
- Rose and D-Will in the East
- CP3 and TP in the West
Just sayin'![]()
Hopefully TP keeps the assists up.
Like all the statistics, even the correct data, they are misleading oftentimes.
You chose 17 ppg and 7.5 apg, but just from the statistics, isn't a player with 15.2 ppg and 9.9 apg and much better FG% (.550 vs. Tony's .448) more deserving (Nash)?
As a Spurs fan, I would love to see Tony get in. But I wouldn't feel that snubbed if Tony didn't get in. All in all, except the assists, Tony doesn't have a very good year even compared to his own previous years.
Not that I know the guy personally but I think Parker is just that kind of guy.
Remember how he responded when the Spurs were trying to sign Kidd in 03?
Lebron's headband is ridiculous.
There are 4-5 guard spots in each conference, so there's a possibility to select both Parker and Nash for that matter.
I wouldn't say that Parker not going would be such a bad call, he's been snubbed before when I thought he deserved it more (same for Manu in some other years). We'll see what the coaches decide, but I think there's a decent chance either Parker or Duncan goes.
