Just speculating, but the one thing about Chandler talking to Toronto, is the Raptors would have to shed salary in order to sign him, which could possibly lead them to trading one of their bigs(Davis or Johnson).
Not possible for us either because the only way they shed the contract is to have a team under the cap absorb the players contract.

Spurs are talking to every single free agent, but on the end of the day no one comes.

Obviously, the Spurs have no chance to sign him. And even if they did, it makes zero sense to invest the type of money in him that it would take to pry him away from the Nuggets. Not when you consider that Leonard has the potential to at least be in Chandler's class and will make a fraction of whatever Chandler signs for for the next three and a half seasons. Not when you consider that Green is a serviceable backup. And not when you consider the gaping hole this team has at power forward, combined with their limited financial resources. They can't afford to waste copious amounts of money on a position they've got covered long term.

or a TE. which makes the Lakers a logical option for them. (Lakers could quite use either Barbosa, Johnson, Bayless or Kleiza)
