Serving size is meaningless and usually skewed to make the nutrition labels look good.
It has 15 grams of sugar per serving. If you're looking for something healthier, try Fruity Pebbles (11 grams per serving).
Kashi Cinnamon O's (or whatever they call them) are pretty good (5 grams of sugar per serving). I avoid some of the other Kashi products with soy protein (I think the Go Lean Crunch has soy protein). Soy protein is supposedly chemically similar to estrogen in men's bloodstreams.
I also like the HEB higher protein / lower sugar milk.

That's only true to a degree; sugar & calories to grams are still useful (they don't give the grams, so I used serving size instead). Any way you cut it though, 15 grams of sugar per 2/3 cup serving (and 245 calories) is not particularly healthy, despite the fact it has 'granola'.
Blueberry Muffin Frosted Mini-Wheats kick so much ass. My daughter got me hooked on them. They seriously taste just like blueberry muffins.
I think HEB's Multigrain cereal and Mootopia milk is a good combo.
