i don't think the spurs will be catching the thunder. all you have to do is look at the spurs' april schedule to know why.

It's a nice thought to entertain but the Spurs are due for a loss, whether by way of a let down or Pop losing his mind (or coaching like he has in order to force a loss so he can call the team "soft"). With the B2B on the road I wouldn't be surprised to see the Spurs come out of it with the above mentioned 3-2 record.

I wasn't expecting us to extend the winning streaking to 10 games and OKC dropping the last 3. I think with our depth, we should be able to finish #1 in the West and maybe even with the best record in the NBA. I know it's not a priority for Pop but having home court still matters especially if its game 7.

Not gonna catch OKC unless they go into a tailspin ... down two in the L column and they've played two more games than SA to boot. Rather stay healthy (or GET healthy) for the playoffs.

Defenitely will be a huge bonus to have home court against the thunder in the event we'll meet them in the playoffs. Well worth the little extra effort it'll take.
