I don't even consider Chicago a threat. In all honesty, Miami is their own biggest threat. As long as they are healthy, no one is going even be in position to put their season in doubt.
I don't think the Spurs would win, but their bench is strong as , while Miami's bench is average, tbh..also, Parker will destroy Miami's PGs, although we know PGs as the best player won't win a le(as my Jewish friend will tell you)..
OKC has more depth and versatility..their top 3 players only play one play one side of the game, which conserves their energy during the regular season..as opposed to Lebron and Wade, Miami's defensive anchors..
This will lead to a fresher OKC team..
However, the West's first 2 rounds should be more difficult, which could negate some of the energy concerns..

Chandler was just as important as Dirk in beating Miami IMO, his absence makes a massive difference..
I actually give Chicago credit for duplicating another honeymoon season where all the players, even Boozer, respect the coach and buy into every single thing he says.
I fully expect them to lose before the finals again, but I didn't think they had another great regular season in them.
Miami's biggest threat is Spoelstra..
He's running Lebron into the ground..
While that is true, I still expect the Mavs to give the Heat a "tougher" series than the Spurs/Thunder.
If the Spurs have homecourt advantage against the Heat in the Finals then I will the Spurs. If they don't then I'd go with the Heat. The Spurs have always had homecourt advantage in the NBA Finals. It would be interesting to see how they would do without it in the Finals.
By the way the spurs are streaking now, homecourt advantage can be not far behind

He's 26 not 42 (although he does look it).![]()
^A block that turned a 2 into a 3 is your logic why Boston beats Miami?
You cannot do the "unless" thing. That gives you an out. "Oh wow, Duncan really turned the clock back".
I'm more worried about the refs tbh. Miami gets away with everything in the playoffs.
spurs would have a better chance than any western team to beat us in a best of 7 series and their odd of beating us would be as high as 10/1 tbh, while the rest would have ZERO chance to win it over us
it seems the grizz would be an issue for the heat
Grizz shut down the Heat, but I'm not set that they'd beat them in a 7 game series. Never know, though. If they can play as well as they did the entire series, then it'd be very close.
