here's to quality trolling by the rockets' bench![]()
I don't know who's hurt more here, you or Dale. Maybe you since Dale can just switch teams again, but you're stuck with Venti Quattro.
Of course you could just become a fan of RJ and not have to change names.
Don't see why he got a tech. Kirby does that pretty often iirc. Let'em play..
Bynum doesn't have the starpower to get the refs looking the other way yet
We had a good discussion going on yesterday regarding Bynum and I noted numerous times that he has the potential to be the best big in the game, if he gets his head right. He likely cost his team the game here by getting two completely foolish technicals. You see the second technical called in the video posted in this thread, but I thought the first was just as senseless. Even the Laker announcers were questioning why Bynum was so upset.
Then they showed Camby waiving bye bye to him on the BSPN highlights. Where was his T for inflaming the situation?
Bynum had been talking to the bench the whole night, no way the bench was gettin t'ed up for that.
He got ejected for stating the obvious. SMHBynum picked up his first technical after arguing what he said was a "dirty foul" by Rockets center Samuel Dalembert. His second technical was for taunting the Rockets' bench.
"No, I don't have regrets," he said Saturday. "I was ejected for something that happens every game. The [Houston] bench didn't say anything to me. I made a shot and felt like telling them about it: 'It's going to be a long night for Dalembert.'"
So he said he was a overgrown mental midget with s?

s needs to grow up. He's going to be handed the franchise's keys in a year or two. He cannot be the franchise player that he should be if he continues pulling off inane things.

Honest question LkrFan (or anyone else that viewed it) - did you view the first technical call as a "dirty foul" by Dalembert?
Honestly, I wouldn't even consider it a "Playoff foul".
even Laker announcers were confused at Bynum's reaction to Dalembert's soft foul, tbh..
I saw that as well, which left me even more confused. When you have announcers that have a tendency to be homers (similar to several other team's announcers, including the Spurs) and still can't find a way to defend your actions, you know you have a problem.
no, it was a legit foul. I think he got scared because he was thinking he might injure his knee (again) from falling as a result of that foul (speculation on my part). Then he decided to take it out on Dalembert. It was pretty weak. Just wait until he gets a real playoff foul. I hope he can handle it better than this foul. We'll see.
I do like him talking. He just needs to be smarter about it. I mean, he was working Sam and was telling his teammates about it. Good .![]()
Laker announcers tell it like it is. Even Kobe isn't spared if he s up.
