As a member of the Executive Committee, I have spent a considerable amount of time this session considering this subject. A large majority of the citizens I represent believe strongly in the concept of clutter reduction. I believe that such reduction should take place in order to preserve the cornerstone of our community and culture. By definition, my role as an elected member is to represent these community values in Spurstalk, therefore, I voted yes on this bill.
