Laksa, Ramen, and Pho are all equivalent to just listing soup. Each one has a bajillion varieties and regional preparations.

Most of the things that made the list are broad categories of food, rather than specific food items. Which is dumb. Dim Sum, Sushi, and Neapolitan Pizza are all just methods of preparation.
