Yep. Good example is Kirby Puckett. Once he retired and no longer had baseball to redirect his baser instincts, he went on a rampage that resulted in former girlfriends filing protection orders against him and saw him groping random women in public restrooms.

Three best players (not including pitchers) I saw growing up were Puckett, Gwynn, and Bonds. Amazing talents.

Wow, so Culby, he did admit it was not consensual? Isn't a confession + DNA normally a slam dunk case for the DA?

How was Shaq and Kobe's relationship at that time? Phil Jackson?
But, he didn't confess until AFTER he cut the check and she signed the agreement.

If anyone should care, I'd expect it to be you, DD. Once you get your use out of Bryant as a Lakerfan and he's no longer an asset to the organization, I'm sure you'd be in favor of reopening the case and proving his guilt in order to put an obviously psychotic African American male (which Bryant is) behind bars where he belongs. Just think of the timebomb Kobe will turn into when he can't use basketball to channel his aggression?

I mean, how do dangerous do the figurative "Leroy and Jamal" become when they've lost sports or hip-hop as an outlet for their impulses?
I get your point spurfan. Just like spurfan eagerly waits for Jim to finally come out of the closet once his nba days are over.

Spurfan wants Jim's career to last forever but deep down they know he's playing with a huge burden on his shoulders.

Once he assumes his true sexuality, Timmy will finally exhibit his tramp stamp and tongue ring with pride for everyone to see and assume a pivotal role as a spokesperson for the gay community.

This is horrible man. Would you advocate the same thing if it was your sister, daughter or mother?

Well that's interesting. Do you have a link to this one? I can't seem to find any decent sources...

Well, is it not obvious? The statement is a confession to rape, is it not? Read it. He wouldn't a made that statement unless he was assured there'd be no further criminal prosecution.

Even if he didn't rape...adultery is illegal in the state of Colorado, so he still broke the law, tbqh.

Ok. I think I might have the wrong statement because this was the only thing I found that sounded remotely like an admission of guilt:

"Although I truly believe this encounter between us was consensual, I recognize now that she did not and does not view this incident the same way I did...I now understand how she feels that she did not consent to this encounter."

Not saying Kobe didn't do it, but I don't think that's a confession...

Adultery on the other hand he's definitely guilty of imo.

That's the one I was referring to. Sounds like a confession to me. I'm sure not in legalese though.

They were stupid enough to destroy something that you have worked hard for. They should bear the consequences of the incoming fist that's going to head their way. Don't be so hypocritical. Deep down in your system, you have this animalistic gene.

"Although I truly believe this encounter between us was consensual, I recognize now that she did not and does not view this incident the same way I did...I now understand how she feels that she did not consent to this encounter."
That sounds like a very circuitous confession to me.
