The Mavs' main problem is they don't have enough players who try to penetrate and score at the hoop. West does it, Marion sometimes and scrubs like Mahinmi or Wright who take very few shots per game. The rest of them are happy to try the jumper no matter what the situation - a classic example is Terry running the fast break and pulling up from 20 feet rather than drive it in.
the fact that marion pulled back is a good indication if you have to take a wild guess, because marion wouldn't let it go if it was going to be an out of bounds call against us.
I hate that both of these teams gave out blue shirts while wearing their white home jerseys. I almost cheered a Thunder bucket, tbh.
i'm just saying in that situation, the call almost always goes to the home team if its close as to who touched it. EXCEPT against the thunder

yeah i don't doubt that we suck but they look like they're in coast mode..they don't give a right now. you can see it in the body language.
i see it like this: we're old. they knew that they had to win one in OKC in order to win the series. obviously, being old, our best shot at that was game 1 or 2, while we are still fresh. we needed one of those, and thats why they went balls to the wall those first 2 games. after that, it's just meh it didn't really matter. took away the team morale barely coming up short like that. we had both games.
