I would try to sign both Ilyasova and Batum to spread the floor and bring more athleticism. Also, Ilyasova is a good rebounder as well. Both would spread the floor for Bynum and Kobe.

I think their bench will do better next year. But they could bring in another shooter. I'm surprised McRoberts didn't get more minutes.

Kobe is 33 and even when scores a lot the Lakers don't go far in the playoffs. The Lakers should build a team around Pau and Bynum, which could dominate. That means bring Odom back ie, Pau and Odom play really well. Amnesty Kobe if he can't be traded, sign a solid SG with the MLE or draft one - the Lakers have a lot of scouts, they typically draft well.
