No it isn't. I can tell you've never played a legitimate sporting event in your life that has included bogus calls going against you. It happens at every level of sporting compe ion.
Yeah, the refs have an impact. With that said, what doesn't have an impact in the game? It's a moot point when there are so many other things going on in the game. It's lazy as to just sit here and say the refs killed the momentum.
Bonner himself killed more momentum in 2 minutes than anything else that happened if you really want to point your finger at something. Even then, you can look at Splitter having butter fingers, Green missing everything, Duncan shooting fadeaways/missing free throws, Ginobili passing to the other team, Ibaka shooting uncontested jumpers...whatever the you want as momentum killers. They are all irrelevant individually when you are looking at the big picture.
Also, Durant was hitting some amazing shots. It had nothing to do with backing off. The switching on him was terrible anyway. And Thunder did not shut down the Spurs offense because they were getting calls, it was legitimately a little bit of good Thunder D/lazy Spurs offense.
On to game 5 where hopefully the Spurs play better.
