I was around 6/7 when all these girls started showing up at my cousins house, I was staying over for a few days. I had no idea what was going on. They were there to see some TV show, yep...Elvis! That was in Vallejo California.
My cousins boyfriend (future husband) played halfback on the Vallejo High football team. The other back was Bass who would later star at UOP and the Rams. He was the first Ram to rush for a 1000 yards.
