Don't sell the contributions of Timmy and Manu that short. Not to mention having one of the best coach in NBA history. No one maximizes the talent of the players he has on the roster better than Pop. He makes scrubs become very serviceable players.

Honestly i've never seen a coach wave the white flag as often and as early as Pop. It just infuses confidence in the other team.
