rofl sorry but Vander is right about AJ Smith. Compare the 2006 Chargers to the Chargers now. The amount of talent Smith has lost over the years and the amount of blown draft picks by Smith would mean a pink slip for most NFL GMs.
He had a couple drafts the past couple years, but now our defense is gonna be scary. Melvin Ingram, Kendall Reyes, and Brandon Taylor will be beasts tbh... plus we can run a SICK 2 TE package with Gates and Ladarius Green... AJ redeeming himself with this offseason...

He's been a mediocre at best tight end for 2 years now, good luck expecting anything from him.
Gates is almost TOSB status but Green is a young athletic freak who could draw some attention off Gates... Norv is a bigger idiot than I thought if he doesn't use a Gates/Green package tbh...
TOSB Manning is in the twilight of his career coming off a major injury, tbh... Rivers is still a beast, Eli is still a who lucked into an elite defense and those other es Romo and Brady choking repeatedly... but I gotta respect Eli for housing the Cheatriots twice though...
Ingram was a good pick, and I like what he did at the WR position, but all the FAs he signed are going to put this team in big cap trouble next year, he's going all in for 2012 and it's going to hurt the chargers long term.
It'll be worth it if we finally get that chip tbh...
