School vouchers don't just apply to white kids head. Are you so arrogant that you think that all minority parents don't care about their kids education?

My freshman year at Victoria High School we had no ceilings in the "old" building since they were still busy removing the heavily asbestos'd ceiling tiles. Good times. The new building was from the 70s!

I am sure that this is exactly what is going through the heads of rich people when they are trying to find loopholes in the tax system "The government is bad right now, they see my dollars in a bad way, but as soon as some guys are elected that I trust better, I will stop using tax deductions altogether!"

If you replace the word bad with wasteful, incompetent, and corrupt, and acknowledge that some political ideologies are conducive to business growth, while others are not, you'd be closer to what's "going through the heads of rich people" as they shelter their money.
