Actually it's right on all 3 accounts. You made a thread asking for help so you could coupon-clip your way into your son's life

You haven't even replaced the addiction, nicotine. You've just change the vector.
Why do people take up smoking when they know it's bad for them and addictive? I just don't get that.
Here's how to quite smoking.
Take two weeks off work.
Throw away the cigarettes you have.
Buy some weed.
Any time you feel like having a cigarette, take a bong hit.
After doing this for two weeks, you will still have cravings for cigarettes, but it will be tolerable. The weed isn't addictive.
Then you are doing it the right way. You shouldn't have any problems. Just remember to save up some money for the refills otherwise you would be really tempted to buy a pack of cigarettes instead of getting the stuff to help you quit.
This isn't the way I did it, but I applaud your effort and wish you luck.
(since 4/7/11 and counting)
I have two employees who are heavy smokers. One took it upon himself to buy an e-cig. He used to take 4-6 smoke breaks every day. today he is 8 weeks smoke free. The other one was 'prompted' by us to get one. He is 3 weeks smoke free at the office. He too took 3-6 smoke breaks daily. It's been a huge help in productivity... not to mention, the office no longer reeks of smoke.
thanks for all the advice
when you say smoke free, do you mean actually smoke free, or just using the e-cig?
Just got one today tbh. How'd this work out for you, symple19 ?
In my case I was just trying to fit in tbh. My friends were doing it....so on and so on. I regret that decision everyday I pickup a cigarette. I would love to stop smoking, but the crutch is there ya know.
