What's the worst channel on cable TV?

Hmmmmm, tough one. While I think E and TLC's reality programming is some of the most useless on TV they both have at least one show that I do watch (The Soup and I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant), which I guess leaves MTV at the top of the list. The History Channel is quickly catching up to MTV as a channel whose content has absolutely nothing to do with its name. If they aren't showing reality shows its stupid about whether aliens build the Astrodome or some other bull .

I'm really disappointed in the History Channel. I watch The Smithsonian Channel in its place. Do you get that channel?

I might very well get that. My capacity for channel surfing maxed out in the pre-digital age so there's big stretches of my channel directory that I've barely glanced at.

And The Soup is on Wednesdays, 10/9c. That show is the whole reason I'm aware of the existence of most of the shows that people are castigating TLC and MTV for like Toddlers, Honey Boo Boo, Jersey Shore, etc.

Military Channel is also one of my keepers. History Channel just plays Pawn Stars and now, no more Nazi rallies

They moved all the nazi related stuff to History Channel 2.

Worst channel to me by far is TruTV.

They show nothing but stupid southern fake ass shows.

I think whomever owned it first no longer does.

Its not just the main MTV channel that's bad. Its ALL MTV channels.

I used to watch MTV2 and MTV Hits. I had those on lock.

They didn't even show commercials on MTV Hits, just music videos 27/7. Now, you're lucky to see 2 videos back to back before they go to commercials.

Agree about VH1. That's why I just watch VH1 Classics.
