just try a bunch of different players. Some of them might support moving forward. A good player for compatability issues like these seems to be vlc media player. (google it)

If you're getting KENS or any local station for that matter, they all started at 5 and the parade started just after 6. Then at about 8 they parade completely ended (the entire Riverwalk was covered by all the barges) and so did that coverage then it was like an hour of talk/videos, then the Alamodome celebration.
