Well it was great FUN, but I believe with a bit more advanced planning it would have been a lot less work for me. Didn't have to stay the night, I tagged along with some friends who are CPAs in a very small firm here and their entire office got together and paid their 80 yr old boss/owner to drive them to Austin in his enormous bus RV; so being in an altered state and destroying my phone before we even got to Austin pretty much set the tone for my dayHaving the RV to hike to, for an escape and a little partying, while catching the live streams, was a good idea.
Heard bits and pieces of many good acts but most I can't recall unless I look at the schedule---and although I missed most of Rufus Wainwright, what I did see was great. But I was there for one reason only----Neil Young! I could gush all day about him, he was of course, wonderful. Seeing him do "Down By The River" live, was a scratch off the bucket list for me.
Gonna go out and get me a new phone, then probably I'll sleep for a few days!
