One of the worst attempts at a burn. Not sticking up for Buss, but you clearly don't know what you're talking about Doctor Alzheimer.
very well. i respectfully withdraw my comments.
i just really really really hate the ing lakers.
...and it's actually a phd in chemistry i have.
physical chemists are losers.
why do you dislike physical chemists so much?
Didn't like the subject?
pretty much, yeah. it's actually a prick of a field to wrap your head around. i prefer the more tangible aspects of chemistry, the things you can see (relatively speaking) and measure, rather than kinetics and entropy and all that .
i work in biology now anyway. biologists are the cool scientists. and hot, too.
first semester pchem, i remember, was not that bad as it was just elementary chem on roids...all the calculus notwithstanding.
second semester ing suckedssssssssssssssssssssssymmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mmettttrrrrrrrrrrrrry and q. mechanics.
So that part about you working with Alzheimer's was true or no?
yeah, its true, mostly all biochemistry stuff.
recently moved to a new lab, it's like i've started my phd again learning all this new
what aspect? I have a friend at BCOM doing his thesis under the D. of Neurology.
er, i don't like to get into too much specifics, what with all of the anonymous kobe rape jokes i make on here, but it's mostly oxidative stress stuff.
glad you understand
what's your friend's dissertation on?
rat studies... I think he's investigating a cell signaling process and how it relates to drug treatment in certain conditions. Don't remember which one
I don't understand you my Clipper brother, why do you always quote people and agree with them every time my name comes into play? That makes you look like a little sissy and proves that you can't handle life in a Message board by yourself, I might have to teach you something here and there![]()
i cant blame you, since the nuggets joined the NBA in 76, they have seen the lake show 5 times in the playoffs losing everytime, and only winning a total of 4 games.. sorry bro![]()
Not knowing that I'm posting in an N-B-A forum.
Not knowing how to apply the definition of the word "obsessed"
self proclaiming yourself as a didact
mad and sentimental that the Lakers are a better franchise and will always be
Yeah, but you didn't type in "www.nbaforum.com" to get here. You typed in "www.Spurstalk.com"
lol so I suppose posting on the "straight sex" forum of a gay site doesn't mean you were already perusing the gay site in the first place.
I don't get it...why would you bump this after the complete ownage by Kool in the thread...why give Kool the most complete assassin the world has ever known...why give him the weapon again to aim at your dome?
suit yourself
Kobe Math Explained -
Assessing Kobe Bryant's Historic Value as Lakers' Icon
Kobe Bryant has earned $249.2 million in base salary from the Lakers between 1996 to the present. With 30,016 career points in 43,077 career minutes played, this historic achievement deserves a special tip of the cap to Mr. Bryant…including a financial assessment of his value to the Lakers organization.
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you “Kobe Math”:
(1) Kobe Bryant has earned slightly more than $8,300 per point scored in his NBA career.
(2) Kobe Bryant has earned $5,787 per minute played…or an hourly wage of $347,220.
(3) Kobe Bryant has scored roughly 7 points per 10 minutes played over his career.
(4) Kobe Bryant has earned roughly $1.5 million per win share.
Kobe Bryant has generated 165.9 win shares over his career. Thus, he’s earned roughly $1.5 million per win share.
Using Forbes estimated revenue data for the Lakers franchise spanning from the 2001-02 to the 2010-11 seasons, the team earned $1.786 billion in revenue over those 10 seasons. Kobe Bryant earned $173.6 million over that same span, or just below 10% of revenues generated.
(6) Over those 10 years, the Lakers averaged $3.6 million in revenue per win while Kobe averaged $1.5 million in base salary per win share. Thus, the Lakers averaged a $2.1 million return on every Kobe win share. Alternatively, the Lakers paid Kobe 42% of revenues generated per win during that decade.
