son they are in Ruston, LA (north Louisiana near Shreveport) and their home stadium has a capacity of about 30,000 ... however tonight for this game they moved down the road to play in Shreveport at the Independence Bowl which has a capacity of nearly 60,000 ... that would explain some empty seats. they are used to selling maybe 20,000-30,000 per game.

Tech usually plays in Ruston, but this game is at Shreveport at the Independence Bowl since its a much bigger stadium.

Honestly, Tech's offense has let them down. I know it sounds ridiculous, but they knew they were going to have to score 40-50 points and they've been awful on 3rd downs today.
