    The Giants are a different animal for the Tigers. Their bats are way better than the Yanks/A's. They are much more efficient. at people who said the Tigers would easily win this series.

    The Tigers are in for a long series. I expect them to have their share of success, but it won't be easy by any means. The Giants bats are so damn good at working the count and advancing the runners. That type of O wins in the playoffs. Then you have their pitching which has just been lights out especially their bullpen. Detroit is facing by far the toughest team they have faced this postseason.

    He's hit over 20 HR's in 2 of his last 4 seasons, so it's not like he's having a sudden power surge.
