I was there. It started at 6:30 at Tony's house, and at 10:30 Tony got on the dj's mike and told everyone to head on over to Nueve Lounge. The Admiral went as Spiderman, he looked awesome!

So both, but I was just talking about where the party was. At least that is what I thought the guy was asking, I wasn't even referring to where the pictures from. I just saw the articles/tweets talking about Nueve Lounge. Didn't know it started at Tony's house, well according to you guy's at least.
