Too early to pull this & it hasn't helped any in the Playoffs, NBA needs to fine Pop!
    go yourself

If there are any games Pop should throw, it'd be the ones where the spurs are at a disadvantage to begin with. Better to put no effort into a loss than a lot of effort into a loss.

Given the schedule so far, I wouldn't be surprised if Pop sat the starters this game. That said, I'm not convinced by one tweet that it will happen.

If the Toros come out to win this, I'll walk out in the snow in Iowa with only a Spurs jersey on.

So showing no belief in your team helps? Smh & they're sitting out, Jeff McDonald confirmed it, so go yourself!

To be honest, I wouldn't have sent them home. I would have suited them up but not played them, if I really wanted to rest them. This way, if the Toros manage to at least make the game close and win-able, then I could put in my Star Players to bring home the W.

Don't be surprised when the Spurs get man-handled again in the playoffs and the team responds by bending over for their opponent.

One regular season game in November doesn't mean come playoff time. Ask the Cavs.

Last season, the bench unit made a few of the thrown games close, and the starters were suited up, but Pop still didn't play them. I want to say there was a game against either Denver or Portland where that happened.

Then there was that game against the Mavs, where the starters had a bad outing, and the bench ALMOST won the game. That was funny.

Patty excels at thrown/meaningless games, so yeah.

Anyone who thinks a regular season game in November somehow equates to playoff performance knows all about basketball.

Brian Windhorst ‏@WindhorstESPN Erik Spoelstra responding to Popovich moves? Ray Allen now questionable with stiff back. Shane Battier (knee) out.

going to be some interesting line ups on both sides
