    Ok, so what does he lack other than a normal sized brain ?
    Heart. He has as much (or even more) talent as Bryant,but he does not have the will to work everyday as hard as Kobe works.It's kinda sad actually,thinking what he could've been...

    I think it was pretty much implied by FkLA when he said normal sized brain that it also meant better work ethic/caring more about basketball. I know he didn't directly say it but it seemed like an obvious implication to me.

    JR Smith could be a ing monster if he applied himself every game. When he's hot, he's awesome, but when he's cold and he keeps on chucking, not good....
    It would also help if he wasn't borderline re ed.

    Solid point actually. But there are some players that have so much god given ability that that doesnt even matter (i.e. Dwight, prime VC, prime Tmac, etc). But yeah a better work ethic and more heart would definitely make it easier.
