Countdown of the championship fight not impressive. And there is no hype whatsoever when it comes to fight for the belt.
Come on. I mean really I do not know if Chael seriosly thinks he can take Jones down and hold him there.
Nobody believes him IMO.
As many times I see this fight play out, it's always Sonnen not able to take Jones down and being punished from the distance or taken down himself and beaten to death. That's not what I want for Sonnen.
The Main Card looks superb though and I'm looking forward to watch it.
And damn I hope Belcher will destroy Bisping viciously.
Jim Miller in another war fight? Might be. And getting closer to a le.

The hype coming to this fight is boring. The promotion sucks big time. But then again, it's the fight that matters.
Jon Jones v. Chael P. Sonnen - as much as I hate picking against the gangster from West Linn, Jones is just too good to pick against. EDIT: Screw it, go get him Mr. Chael P. Sonnen!!!
Michael Bisping v. Alan Belcher - toss-up, imho. As much as I enjoy Bisping's trash talking, I think Belcher is going to catch him clean and put him on the mat.
Roy Nelson v. Cheick Kongo - cakewalk for Big Country. It's funny, if you just saw these guys on the street you wouldn't think that Nelson had a chance. Hopefully after Nelson pulverizes Kongo he can fight against top 5 heavyweights.
Phil Davis v. Vinny Magalhaes - besides the one stinker he laid against Evans, Mr. Wonderful has looked pretty good.
Jim Miller v. Pat Healy - Fight of the Night candidate?

Jon Jones vs. Chael Sonnen - for light-heavyweight le
I can blow my pick whenever I want!
Alan looks in better shape then previously, and he is motivated. He can run through Bisping like he did against Palhares.
- Cheick Kongo vs. Roy Nelson
- Phil Davis vs. Vinny Magalhaes
- Pat Healy vs. Jim Miller
Come on Jimmy !
Screw it, I'm changing my pick and going with my heart over my head (edited above in my previous post). Sonnen will emerge victorious and the world will know that the greatest fighter does have a name, and that name is Chael P. Sonnen.
I do the same with every Bisping fight.. I hate his guts so he will never get my vote..
MAIN CARD (Pay-per-view, 10 p.m. ET)
•Jon Jones vs. Chael Sonnen - for light-heavyweight le
This is one of the biggest mismatches in MMA history. I don’t see any area that Sonnen has the edge in this fight including his wrestling which is the one area he always has an edge on his opponents. Jones has never been taken down, he has great trips and throws along with a double leg and his length and versatility on the feet is likely to cause Sonnen nightmares. Sonnen will come out and try to get in Jones chest with his typical pressure and pace but after 1 or 2 rounds of Jones stuffing the TD’s and whipping Chael on the feet I see Jones ending this by TKO or submission.
•Alan Belcher vs. Michael Bisping
I hate Bisping and never pick him. This is a close one to call as they match up fairly even. Belcher is decent on the floor and will need to scramble up as i see Bisping going for the occasional TD to win a decision. Belcher needs to connect hard in the first 2 rounds to win.
•Cheick Kongo vs. Roy Nelson
Easy fight for Big Country. That chin of his can take anything, if a building fell on him he'd be swinging. Right hand KO round 1 or 2 for Roy..
•Phil Davis vs. Vinny Magalhaes
I like Phil to use his wrestling to keep the fight up and outpoint Vinny by decision or maybe even a KO if Phil's striking has improved. Obviously he wants none of the ground in this fight..
•Pat Healy vs. Jim Miller
Miller is just better IMO..
Can I get Miller win because he was announced as a winner?
Damn there it goes 0-1 for me and Miller was a sure thing for me.

Ditto. Miller is always fun to watch, and I was impressed how he wouldn't tap.
If Davis's striking is going to be this good, he is going to be a force at light heavy.
Also, 1-1
He improved, but i don't think his striking was "good"...
True,it looked better than it actually was because of his opponent.
