I seriously doubt that the Eagles give Sacto permission to let Owens work out for them so you might as well forget about it.

I think Owens actually played in the USBL at 1 point. Think the Kings are trying to get a little pub for their summer league? Master P is also on the team.

Eric Moulds did the same thing when trying to get either an extension or new contract with the Bills a few years back.
